PROFESSIONAL MOUNTAIN GUIDE

Greeting, My Name is Singi Lama. I am a Government License holder Mountain Guide in Nepal. Having had decades of experience as a trekking guide, I am now working as a Professional Mountain Guide in Nepal. I have started my career in Travel and Tourism sector since 1997 and successive years of struggle and continuation made me a travel guide in 1999. I have good communication skills and fluent in English and German languages. I also possess hands-on experience of working in several trekking agencies as a professional mountain guide. And now, I have hundreds of clients from around the globe who have spent Nepal holidays with me in the past days, and want to travel with me every time they come to visit Nepal.
The decades of experience in the tourism sector has taught me a lot. I have faced a lot of ups and downs in this sector and have gained very much practical knowledge about the best hiking destinations in this tiny Himalayan nation. I am familiar with the every nooks and corners of every mountain in Nepal. I have walked around Himalayas all my life and am very closed with Himalayan environment. I am a well-prepared guide for tours, trekking adventures, and mountaineering. The last 17 years of my life have made me set up my own career in tourism field. Now, I have my own Mountain Guide Team, aspiring to provide the promising trekking/mountain guide services to the valued clients all over the world.
I have become very familiar with most of the trekking, touring, and peak climbing campaigns in Nepal Himalayas including those in The Mount Everest, Annapurna, Lang tang, Wilderness Trekking Regions, and many other New Trekking Destinations. I am also familiar with the trekking packages in Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Kanchenjunga, Upper and Lower Dolpo, Makalu, Helambu, Rupinala, Tsum Valley and many others in and out of Nepal including Tibet, Lhasa and Mount Kailash Tours. As I have grown up having adventures in the world-popular travel destinations of Nepal, I have very good knowledge about the history, culture, local flora and fauna, and the environmental issues of the areas where I venture into. I am always ready and so capable to provide the best adventure trip for the Mountain Adventure aspirants. I assure you that I can accommodate the challenging and rewarding high mountain adventures for you all. I have gained experience in climbing Mera Peak, Island Peak, Pisang Peak, Labuche Peak, Kwandge Peak, Chulu West and Many others. I also have led expeditions across many high passes in Nepal including Larkye Pass, Tilicho Misokanto Pass, Everest Three Passes, Tashilapcha Pass, Ganjala Pass, Thorong La Pass, Upper Mustang Lomanthang, Dolpo, Makalu Base Camp and Kanchenjunga.

Nepal is the home of the eight highest mountains out of 14 (above 8,000 m) in the world which includes Mt. Everest and over 1,300 peaks above 6,000 meters. These all are towing above the populated valleys and forested plains, where there are the habitats of the lordly tigers and trundling one-horned rhinoceros. You will find enchants everywhere, at any part of the country, whether you are in the high Himalayas, hills or in the plain lands. The farmland meticulously carved like stairways, the green forest with birds and wildlife, running rivers chirping, all these have made this country a Shangri-La on the earth. Nepal is the best destination not only for the mountain lovers alone but for every one of them who wish to discover the natural diversity, variety of culture, flora and fauna among others, primarily through thrilling activities namely, trekking and tour, mountaineering, wildlife safari, rafting and many other adventurous activities. Therefore the world’s renowned travel writers have well-admired this country in recognition of its cultural, lingual, natural richness and penned down with a number titles, like living cultural museum, roof of the world, birthplace of the apostle of peace, country of living goddess, a tiny country of over one hundred ethnic ground, a country of non-stop festivals among others and more. These are the explicit and self-explanatory tales of this country. The innocent and kind hearted people of Nepal that you meet in every village welcome you with ‘Namaste’ greeting you for better tour and the temples and the ‘Mane’ that you walk by the trial will always bless you with good luck.
I can also manage the best tailor-made trips that exactly meet your wishes.
